foundation error

Hello,
everytime i install windows vista build 5270 i get the following error message:
An error occurred whil configuring the windows foundation image...
when i do a search on the internet i see many poeple have this problem..
can somebody help me?

been bugged by numerous people. common work around is to disable in the bios all devices that are not absolutely needed for install. comm ports, parallel ports, usb ports, extra hard drives, etc.... multiple video cards is also a problem, remove one.

That is the same error message that I get almost every time that I try to install Build 5270.

Did not work for me, earlier this week I tried to install Build 5270 with Practically Everything Turned Off (Hyper Threading (HT), Universal Serial Bus (USB) Ports, Data Execution Prevention (DEP), COM Ports, Printer Port, PS2 Mouse Port), except for my PATA DVD ROM Drive, and my SATA Hard Drive, and it still did not work. Hopefully, I will have much better luck with Build 5308, when it gets released on MSDN Tomorrow. Hello! I have the same problem with build 5308 of the Windows Vista server! I install in VmWare. The installation of Windows Vista build 5308 (Vista client installation) works great! also in VmWare. I install from a .iso image on a USB-disk.
